New payment standards and utility allowances effective December 1, 2019. Payment standard reflects Fair Market rent at 90-110% for VASH and HCV for Florida Metropolitan. New units and new utility allowances effective 10/15/2019. Recertification and new utility allowance effective 12/1/2019.

Utility Allowances

New utility allowance and Flat Rent is effective 12/1/19 for NEW leases. New utility allowance and Flat Rent will be effective at the same time as lease renewal/annual recertification for existing leases and/or residents already in place.
